World Baijiu Day is coming to The Great White North by way of The Keefer Bar in Vancouver. Local singer Gelsy Wong–see her video here–will host the event, which features a pair of cocktails made using infused baijiu from byejoe.
“Tiger Eyes” includes the passion fruit, pomegranate and peach infusion as well as lemon, soda and astragalus syrup. (The latter is also featured in The Keefer Bar’s Chinatown Sour and Zen & Love: see cocktail menu here.)
“Mother of Dragons” includes a dragon fruit- and chili-infused baijiu along with Lillet Blanc, Keefer ‘immunity tincture’, orange zest and chili.
