Taost-worthy news that Peking Tavern in Los Angeles will join World Baijiu Day this year!
Peking Tavern, co-founded by Andrew Chiu and Andrew Wong, is among the original partners from the very first World Baijiu Day in 2015–and one of the few still in business.
Over the years, the owners have done everything from a baijiu cocktail contest featuring consumers as mixologists to cool baijiu and food pairings to hosting the event outside during the pandemic, all while having a selection of baijiu-inspired drinks all year round, including the Wong Chiu Punch, Jin Jing and Peking Coffee.
