Singapore residents can enjoy World Baijiu Day in the relaxed confines of 1920s Shanghai-inspired Jiu Zhuang. The venue, which has an extensive dim sum and snack menu as well as a nice range of wines and spirits, will feature a special baijiu and yuzu cocktail this weekend. And for those who would like to get even more into the spirits, there is a 20 percent discount on bottles of Shuijingfang.
Jin Zhuang’s regular menu includes a range of Chinese alcohols (see the two pages below), and several cocktails that use them, and is well worth a look.
