Sumiao Hunan Kitchen is not only a good place to enjoy tasty Chinese dishes but also one where you can try baijiu in both cocktail and straight up form.
And this Boston / Cambridge venue is again participating in World Baijiu Day. In the past, Sumiao Hunan Kitchen has featured everything from a Baijiu Berry Fizz, with strawberries and Champagne, to a sizzling baijiu shrimp platter to a whole range of baijiu-inspired cocktails.
This year, customers can enjoy a colorful refreshing concoction. The “peppermelon” marries baijiu, fresh watermelon juice and black pepper for a tasty beverage.
