Local flavors take center stage in Shenzhen as Bar Choice is hosting three days of fun.
Bar Choice will feature three baijiu cocktails created by bartender and shareholder Ring from Friday, August 7 through Monday, August 9.
And after that first weekend, Gao Ye and Mustang from natural wine bar Weeknd will show up as guest sommeliers at Bar Choice on Monday, August 7, which is World Baijiu Day proper.
What are they bringing? Six wines made by Ian Dai of Petit Garden in China’s Ningxia region.
That means a total of nine drink options featuring local flavors!
This event is supported by the Shenzhen-based trade fair Wine to Asia. While it sounds like fair all about wine, the organizers have proven to be flexible and creative in bridging to spirits, cocktails, coffee and other sectors, with this event one of many examples.
