Get ready for ‘baijiulato”! The name given by Ludwig Saaf to the delicious baijiu and gelato combos created by Stockholm-based gelato chain Sticky Nikki for World Baijiu Day.
Lu, who imports Chinese spirits, wines and beers through his company Lu Spirits, has spearheaded this initiative since 2018.
Lychee and yuzu with baijiu Luzhou Laojiao. Coconut with baijiu Shui Jing Fang. Brown butter and orange with baijiu Beijing Red Star. These flavors and more have all featured over the years.
