Nicolas Constantin is the rare person who has done World Baijiu Day events on two continents.
This globe-trotting bartender first participated in WBD in 2017 in Buenos Aires at 430 / 四三〇 Ramen & Drinks. Then, in 2018 and 2019, he found himself across the ocean in Spain, where he held events in both in Marbella and Feungirole.
He has since focused on Buenos Aires again, including in 2022, when he hosted a World Baijiu Day event at Harakiri de Una and got bars Chintoneria, Malasangre and Milion on board with baijiu cocktails. And last year, with a get-together at SOFA.
This year, Constantin returns to Harakiri de Una and plans to feature plenty of flashback cocktails from World Baijiu Days past. Follow his updates here.
