Over the years, Demon, Wise & Partners has marked World Baijiu Day with everything from baijiu tasters to a fenjiu-inspired night to a guest bartender – Yao Lu of Union Trading Company in Shanghai.
This year’s feature is a cocktail called the Bai Tai that will also find a place on the regular menu. Ming River Baijiu, falernum, spiced pineapple juice and umami bitters.
