Sweden is always busy busy for World Baijiu Day thanks to Ludvig Saaf of Lu Spirits and his many partners. Case in point, baijiulato — baijiu plus gelato — has now become an annual tradition with Stikki Nikki. And cocktails are also quite popular as an option.
That includes Surfers Stockholm, where four baijiu-inspired concoctions are available all weekend., including the Schnaza Colada pictured above and below as well as three other delicious-looking drinks.
It also includes fellow Stockholm venue Zinnia Asian Fusion Restaurant, where customers can try a new frisky sour all weekend long called Madness. That one uses strong aroma as a base along with mandarin orange, lemon and vanilla.
And it includes Made in China — this time in the city of Gothenburg — which plans to have a trio of baijiu cocktails on hand for World Baijiu Day proper on August 9.
