Byejoe takes its “Tiger vs Dragon” challenge to Miami on August 8 for some fun in the sun. Dim sum specialists Tropical Chinese will feature shots of two infusions–“Dragon Fire“, with dragon fruit and hot chili, and “Tiger Eyes“, with passion fruit, peach and pomegranate–to see which tickles most people’s fancy. The regular lineup of a dozen byejoe cocktails will also be available to sip or to try with some dim sum.
