BEIJING: Why do I love the team at Pop-Up Beijing? It gets stuff done. This interior decor shop / wine bar is the core of the WBD cause in Beijing and tonight will feature five tasty snacks by Sue Zhou, including salmon, duck, smoked eggplant, tofu-peanut butter and chocolate. Plus, a craft brew by Nine Inch. Plus, New Zealand, U.S. and China baijius. All for rmb98. Maximum 30 seats, RSVP essential, details below.

 

WAIKOLOA: Meanwhile in Hawaii, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is celebrating World Baijiu Day with a Bai Tai, a twist on the Maitai. Get yours in the hotel’s Kona Tap Room., says beverage manager Michael Hoftstedt.

SYDNEY: And the Moutai Showroom in Sydney returns for a third straight year. Imogen Hayes there will be free tastings and tutorials all during World Baijiu Day!
