Thailand is now on the map for World Baijiu Day as Two Chefs Bar & Grill in Phuket will participate on August 8.
Adam Goodman, who spent several years in Beijing in the catering and restaurant business, and might possibly have tried baijiu once or twice, says Two Chefs has three venues — one at Kata Beach, one at Karon Beach and one at Kata Center.
I believe that he typed the words “we’re all in” when I asked which of the three would be involved in the event. And that raises the possibility of a possible baijiu cocktail crawl or some other shenanigans. I’ll have more details soon.
