Shen co-owner Michael Ohlsson says the cocktail options will include menu regular Chinglish (pictured above), a concoction with lemon, lychee and melon, and Li Bai vs Laozi, which will be created specifically for the event. Get both for rmb100.
You can also add a pair of food pairings–crispy beef baijiu flambe and lazi spicy chicken with tofu skin rolls and micro-greens–for rmb80.
