People in four cities in North America can test their taste buds on August 8 when the ‘Dragon vs Tiger’ ByeJoe Challenge is held in Houston, Miami, New York and Vancouver, says Matt Trusch, owner of the company.

The idea is to compare drinks made with ByeJoe’s two infusions: on one hand, the “Dragon Fire“, with dragon fruit and hot chili, in the other, the “Tiger Eyes“, with passion fruit, peach and pomegranate.

Trusch says the events will be held in a variety of venues, from a trendy club to a tropical Chinese restaurant and bar.

“We’ll award each of the mixologists with dragon or tiger prizes, depending on who wins!” he says. “We will be letting more of the secret details out as we get closer to the day.”

You can follow ByeJoe on Twitter here and I will also post updates on the ‘Dragon vs Tiger’ challenge as they become available.
